What are GameGoldLab's terms of service?
GameGoldLab provides a marketplace for in-game virtual goods and services. Users must be 18 or older. All transactions are final upon delivery. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies. Full terms cover account registration, purchases, deliveries, refunds, prohibited conduct, and liability limitations.
By accessing or using GameGoldLab ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You may browse the Platform without registering. To make purchases or list items, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. An order is considered complete when the virtual goods or services are transferred to your in-game account or character as described in the order. You are responsible for providing accurate in-game details (character name, server, region). Incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban from the Platform, and legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, data compilations, and software — is the property of GameGoldLab or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
GameGoldLab acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the Platform or its users. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any pending orders may be cancelled. Refund eligibility is determined per our Refund Policy.
If you have a dispute, contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GameGoldLab operates. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis — not as a class action.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
